Coming Soon!

This month has been crazy. I had another surgery on the 18th. I had a hole in my ear drum and it would cause me to get ear infections easily. I am all fixed. :)

Christmas was great we spent it at my Mom and Dad's house. Thanks Mom and Dad Christmas was great!

We got a Wii for Christmas!

It is awesome! I love Wii fit!

I will have to post some pictures later. I will also have to post a video of my Mom and Dad boxing on the Wii. My Mom punched my Dad out! :)

288 Months Old!

Yes, that is how old I am today! I had to ask my mom how old I was the other day. It just seems like the older I get the harder it is to remember. Maybe my memory is going with the old age. :)

Nathan got me a watch and a Jeep hoddie. I love them! Thanks Nathan. You can also see my scar from my surgury in the picture.

Happy birthday to my brother Jed as well. Love you!

Christmas Decorations!

I put up my Christmas decorations last week. I figured I had better get them up before I had my surgery.

I just love the feeling Christmas brings into my home.

I think I love to give presents more than I do to receive them. It is just so fun to hunt around, (I prefer to shop on the Internet) and give someone something you know they are going to love.

Don't get me wrong I do like gifts. :)

So Tough!!

I can't believe how tough Talon is. Not to brag or anything, he is just so strong. :)

Dad showing off my muscles.

Talon likes Nathan's hat, he mostly like to eat it. :)

7 Months Old!

Wow! it is so crazy how fast time flies.

Talon is still coughing but doing better. He sits up like an expert and is developing a little attitude, I wonder who he gets that from? :) (his dad) It is funny he has these little temper tantrums.

He wants to be held all the time and got spoiled while he was sick and was held most of the time. Now that he is getting better he still thinks he needs to be held all the time. I can't hold him very long I am still kind of week from my surgery but getting stronger.

A Series of Sickness

It all started on the Saturday after thanksgiving, Nathan just got done playing paintball, when he started complaining about sore muscles and that he was just not felling well. The next day he had a fever and stayed in bed most of the day.

When we got home Talon started not sleeping well. By the middle of the week he had a fever and was not acting like him normal happy self. This lasted several days, on Friday Nathan took him to the doctor. The doctor said he just had a cold and to keep doing what we were doing, giving him Tylenol every 4 hours.

He caught what Nathan had, a bad cold. :(

On top of all this I had surgery on Thursday and had to stay in the hospital over night. I had part of my thyroid removed. I had developed a lump and the doctor advised it would probably be smart to have it removed.

Nathan had mandatory schooling at work he had to be at this past week, so he was unable to take work of. Luckily I have very wonderful parents and parent in laws. They came and helped with Talon and stayed with him while I had my surgery. My dad was able to stay at the hospital with me during my surgery. Thank you all so much we love you!

Well I am home now, still sore and sleepy, but at least I am home. Talon is on the mend and has been sleeping a lot better today. :)

I'll post some pictures later.

Thanksgiving with the Thomas'

Every year on the Saturday after, Nathan's family have there Thanksgiving. I really like this because we get to spend time with both families.
Talon loved all the attention he didn't want to be put down.

The little kids get to sit together at there own little table.

I love this picture of Amy and Danny.

We gave Talon some mashed potatoes and gravy, to say the least he was not a big fan. :)

It has become a tradition every year for Nathan and I to bring our paint ball stuff and to play paint ball before we eat. They has a lot of fun. I didn't play this year.
Thanks to everyone who helped to make this day great!

Thanksgiving with the Beatty's

On Thanksgiving day we spent the day at my Grandma and Grandpa Beatty's house. Thanks Grandma, and everyone else who cooked the food was great. I am so thankful for a wonderful, loving family. They are the greatest people in the world.

The Beatty family minus one family. We missed you Troy and Denise!

This is my mom in her apron setting up the table and getting ready to eat.
