Two weeks old!

I just can't believe how fast time is going by! I feel so blessed to have the best two kids in the world. They are feel our home with so much love and laughter. :) 8 days old

Talon loves his little sister and is such a good brother and a big helper.

He wants our attention more now that Mia is here and is more quick to tantrum. If he feels he is not getting the attention he needs he will do a "no no" for more attention. We are working with this and trying to split up the attention we give equally.

I can't believe how fast time has gone by and how much Mia has changed. :)

My Mom, Dad and my sister Talease were able to stay up for the week. They were such a big help I don't know what I would have done without them here.

Talon absolutely loved having them here and he still asks me if they are at the hotel. (He calls the hotel the hospital) I love you guys so much and thanks for all you did for us. :)

While we were in the hospital Mia lost about 5 ounces. I had a Dr. Appointment for her on the 17th and she had gained it all back plus some and was at 8lb 2 oz. The Dr. said she looked great.

My water broke at 1:15 am on March 12.

Luckily Nathan's parents were in town and they were able to come to our house and stay with Talon.

We hurried to the hospital. I was dilated to a 3, about 4 hours later they checked me again and I was dilated to a 6.

I got an epidural and and within 2 hours I was dilated to a 10 and ready to go.

My epidural didn't work very well and Mia was ready to come. My doctor was still on his way and made it just in time to catch her. :)

She arrived at 7:25 weighed 8lb and 20.5 inches long.

I feel so blessed to have the two cutest kids in the world. They have the sweetest spirits and add so much joy and happiness to our lives.
