Reunion

We went to a family reunion yesterday. It was on Nathan's side of the family I didn't know very many people.

It was great weather and it was fun to get some sun, although I got to much and got a sun burn.

There was a playground Talon had fun on.

There was no way he was going to go down this slide. :)

I finally really started to play with Photoshop and have made a few new discoveries. :)

My Little Sun Shine

Talon is always so happy. It is so contagious, he makes everyone around him smile. I'm usually not a morning person but I can't help but be happy when I see his smiling face. Your Dad and I love you so much! :)

I just want to do a quick shout out to all the wonderful, amazing Dads in my life.

Nathan is the best Dad to Talon. No kid could ask for a better Daddy.

Rain Rain Go Away.....

We went camping this past weekend with Nathan's brothers and sisters. It was so fun to spend time with family.

It rained all day on Saturday which was kind of a bummer.

Jason and Jen brought there four wheelers. They were a favorite for the kids.

Nathan, Talon and I stayed at his parents house, they live not to far from the camp site, Talon is still to little to stay in a tent. It was cold and Talon couldn't get down because he still prefers to crawl around. He did so good for not being able to move around on his own.

Walking and Signing

WALKING

I just wanted to quickly say that Talon is officially walking. He still crawls most of the time but will walk when reminded to.

I recorded him and will post that later.

13 Months Old!

Talon is still not walking (he so could), he will stand without holding on to anything and will talk a few steps on his own. He is getting really good at sign language some new signs he has learned is hat, mom, dad, and eat. His favorite sign is ball and will sign it if he sees anything that even resembles a ball.

At my last doctor visit the Dr said Talon needed to gain wait since he is in the 10th % and on a slow downward curve. We have been working on this and I can tell he is slowly gaining weight.

He loves his Binky.

5 Years!

June 5th was Nathan and my fifth anniversary!

Wow! Time went by fast.

I love you so much Nathan, you are such a wonderful and loving father and husband. Talon and I are so lucky to have you.

We went to my Grandpa's cabin to get away for awhile. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Thanks Mom and Dad for watching Talon for a few days for us.

On Saturday night we had my parents, their friends Mark and Louise and Shane and Talease came to the cabin for dinner. We played games and roasted marshmallows and mushrooms and bacon. YUM....

Man.... if looks could kill. :)
