Sunshine

I just have to say that I love this weather we are having!

Talon and I got to go to the park the other day and enjoy the sunshine.

I hope the weather has stopped being bipolar.

Don't you just love the Winnie the Pooh hat. :)

Still can't believe how fast he is growing up! :'(

Mothers Day

I just wanted to say a quick happy mothers day to all the mothers in my life.

Thanks for your great examples and the support you show me.

These are the flowers Nathan got me for Mothers Day. I love them thanks Nathan!
Nathan and I got to talk in Church on Mothers Day. I always get super nervous and cry a lot.
In my talk I shared a poem that I wrote. I have never really wrote a poem before so I thought it was good for my first attempt.
Here it is.
What is a Mother?

A mother is someone who’s there.
Always starts her day with a prayer.
Best friends from the start.
She loves with her heart.
Her children she handles with care.

She’ll pick you up when you fall down.
Makes sure you never wear a frown.
With you she will cry.
Your tears she will dry.
Thinks her children deserve a crown.

It’s a joy to be a mother.
She stands for Jesus our brother.
Her love grows each day.
She won’t go astray.
She can compare to no other.
Talon had his 2 year old doctor appointment yesterday.
He is in the 25th percentile for his weight and the 100th percentile for his height. The doctors says he is doing great.
He finally has all his teeth. YAY!

2 YEARS OLD!

I can't believe it.

Time goes by so fast.

We had Talon's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese this year.

It was so fun, it was nice not to have to worry about anything besides just showing up.

Talon had a really good time with all his Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas and Grandpas.

Talon and Grandma and Grandpa Thomas.

Talon loved all of his gifts.

The cake. Talon blew out the candles all by himself.

Talon and Chuck E. Cheese. He actually liked him which surprised me.

Right after he received his birthday crown.

This is probably Talon's favorite ride.

A Fun Weekend!

This last weekend Nathan, Talon and I went to Castledale.

It was fun to spend some time there just relaxing and enjoying the company.

Talon had fun with his cousins at a park.

Talon is working on getting his last tooth.
I'm so excited for him to have all his teeth!

Fun in the Sun

Talon and I love this great weather we are having.

It is so fun to spend time outside, visiting parks and just enjoying the sunshine.

Talon thought the Dandelions smelled good.

He would put them to his nose and say "mm mm good."

My little rock climber. :)

He takes after his Dad.

23 Months Old!

Talon got out this cowboy hat and was jumping around saying "yee haa."

Wow! He is getting so big!
He is putting together sentences and is quit the talker.
He has a very cute personality and it comes through more and more each day.
We love you so much Talon and can't believe you will be 2 in a month.

EASTER

Nathan had to work late each night last week so Talon and I flew to St. George on Wednesday.

Talon loves to fly and did really good in the airplane.

The Friday before Easter we spent some time at a fun park near my Mom's house.

Kody and Talon play so well together.

We didn't go to the ranch this year like we usually do because of bad weather. Instead we had a BBQ at my Aunt and Uncle's house.
The food was super yummy!
Then we headed to a near by school to have an Easter egg hunt. Talon was more interested in playing on the toys than he was in finding eggs.

I love there faces in this picture. It looks like they are thinking.....do you ever stop taking pictures? :)

Easter Sunday, the Easter Bunny came and dropped a present off at the door for Talon.
All in all we had a great Easter....did miss Shane, Talease, Tia, Ben, Troy and Denise's family who couldn't make it this year.
