Dolphin Swim!

While we were in Cancun we had the opportunity to swim with Dolphins.

Nathan held on to their dorsal fins and the carried him through the water.

The Dolphins pushed my feet and I went up out of the water.

It was FUN!

We brought Talon back this Maraca and Sombrero from Mexico.

CANCUN

Nathan and I were able to take a vacation to beautiful Cancun Mexico.

We spent 4 days and 6 nights there.

It was so warm and humid. I think I prefer a drier climate. I don't like to feel like I am sweating all the time.

The resort was so nice.

The beach was heavenly!

I had never been to an ocean that looked turquoise before and is relatively calm.

I got my hair braided. Man....it is so hard to get a good nights sleep with those in.

We ate so much great food on this trip. I think I gained 10 pounds. :)

We went to a Spanish restaurant. They had flamenco dancers preform while you ate it was really good.

They had a lot of different activities the guest could go do. I placed first in a archery contest. I played soccer on the beach and participated in a rifle contest. I even did a belly flop in the pool as part of a game. :)

There were these beautiful statues all over.

We got plenty of sun, I just wish the tan I got would stay awhile.

We just got there and we were a little tired from waking up so early and from all the flying.

When we first got to our room they had these cool swans made out of towels.

Over all we had a great trip, it was kind of short though. :)

Thanks so much to my parents for watching Talon for us. He had so much fun staying with them and didn't miss us at all.

Memorial Day

For Memorial Day this year Nathan, Talon and I went to our cabin.

We always have a great time at the cabin.

Talon had a great time playing outside getting nice and dirty.

We always have to build a fire and roast marshmallows.

New Things

A couple of weeks ago we were in St. George and we were able to go to the temple.

After the session we went on a little walk around the temple.

Nathan stopped me in front of the temple and we were talking about our wedding day 6 years ago. I remember it was so hot that day.

He pulled out a box and in it was.....

this beautiful ring.

It is exactly like my first one but the diamond is a little bigger. I lost my first one about 2 years ago.

Nathan spoils me rotten. :)

June 5th was our 6 year anniversary! Happy anniversary Nathan I love you so much!

Also I got my hair cut.

It is shorter than I have ever had it before but I think it turned out cute.

LAGOON

We took Talon to Lagoon yesterday. It was his first time.

At first we were a little scared that he wasn't going to warm up to the rides.

We started out small and took him on rides we could go with him on. Then we put him by himself on the boats that go in a circle not very fast or anything.

The next thing we new he was going on almost all the rides he could go on, he still didn't want to go on the fast little roller coasters so I'm hopping next time maybe. :)

He loved all the animals.

We stayed for about 3 hours and then Talon was getting tired and it was time to go.

We have season passes this year so I didn't feel like we waisted any money by not staying very long.

So if anyone is going to be at Lagoon let me know and we can meet you there. Talon would love to have a little friend or cousin to go on the rides with!
