My Two Front Teeth

Talon is so fun and full of energy. Lets just say I sleep well at night and when I get the chance. :) I can't believe he is almost 10 months old! :( Man time goes by fast.

Talon thinks it is so fun to watch my reflection in the fire place. Good thing we never have it on. I'm just worried, when we do go somewhere they have a fire place, he will put his hands on it. I will have to work on the, don't touch it is HOT thing!

Here are Talon's teeth on the bottom. He also cut one on the top but I couldn't get a picture of that one.

I wish it would decide to be warm or to be cold! I want it to stay warm. I'm sick of the cold weather, I want to get out and take Talon to the park and on walks. It snowed last night and it has been really cold all day.

Quick Trip

We made a trip to see Grandma and Grandpa Thomas this past weekend. It was a quick trip but a good one.

Talon has had a cold, Nathan and I both caught it. :) I think he also shared it with his Grandma.


Talon is still all smiles even though he is sick and getting teeth. He has both teeth on the bottom and he just cut one on the top. Hopefully he keeps at it and we can get this over soon. :)

Valentines Day!

I made Nathan Cinnamon Rolls for Valentines Day and from scratch, may I add. :) It was the first time I have ever made them, well on my own. They turned out soooo good. Nathan says if I keep cooking like that he will get fat. I made to many we took some around to family. Talon enjoyed them to.

YIPEEEE!

Talon slept though the night Wednesday he slept from 9-5 and then I fed him and he went back to sleep until 8:30. I am so excited!

Last night was a little rocky. I think his mouth was hurting him. He cried from 1-2 and then we got him up and gave him some Tylenol and fed him and then he was fine after that.

I don't know why we didn't do this sooner it is so nice to get more sleep. I still wake up frequently it has become a habit for me to. ;)

6 Random Things

I was tagged by my sister Talease, love you Talease.

1. When I was pregnant I had a dream I went on the price is right and made it on stage. I spun the wheel, it came off and went rolling out into the audience.

2. In college I was in the shower, a boy came in and dumped Chicken Noodle Soup on my head. The pressure from his hand on the top of the curtain caused it to FALL! Luckily I caught the curtain in time before it fell all the way.

3. When I was little I loved to play with bugs. My mom would never let me bring them in the house. I was to little to open the door myself so I would have to knock on it and my mom would come and open it. She came to the door and asked if I had any bugs. I held out my hands and shock my head. She let me inside. A little while later she herd me playing in the kitchen and came in. I was playing with some bugs. I had put the bugs in my mouth to sneak them in the house.

4. One day I want to be a world traveler.

5. I always seem to end up living in places I say I will never live.

6. I had a tube in my ear fro 22 years, the doctors could never see it.

9 Months Old!

He is so BIG!! He pulls himself up to things and will keep doing it over and over, even if he falls and hits his head. :) He is crawling around every where now. We had to buy cubbard locks because he already learned how to open them. :)

He had his 9 month appointment today. He is a little low on iron. (takes after his mom) :( The doctor wasn't to worried about it because it wasn't way low. He said if it doesn't improve by his 12 month visit then he will put him on a supplement that he will take daily. Until then I just need to give him things with iron in them, formula, rice cereal, dark veggies and stuff like that.

The doctor says we need to start having Talon sleep through the night. He has been waking up about every two hours. I have been feeding him to have him go back to sleep. he says not to do this and to basically let him cry and he will learn to go back to sleep on his own. Hopefully this works. Wish us luck!! We are starting tonight so I had better get some sleep while Talon is asleep.

All Done....

Nathan finished his two year training at work, which is basically like getting a bachelors degree. He doesn't really want me to post about it or make a big deal about it but it is a BIG DEAL!!

I love you Nathan and CONGRATULATION!

I will post some pictures as soon as he lets me take a picture with his plaque.

We went to his graduation dinner on Thursday with his bosses and the training people, the food was good and I ate way to much.

Now, when a job opens up somewhere, we will be able to bid on it and move out of this pollution. I'm a small town girl. :) Here we come???? ( Price, Ceder City, Moab )

Sooooo Tired

This is how Talon fell asleep today. Usually he will get upset to tell me he is tired. He got really quite all of the sudden, I looked over and he was like this he didn't even wake up when the flash went off on my camera.
